Neon Nights is a family-friendly event that takes place Fridays and Saturdays only, starting July 10 through August 22 from 7pm – 10:30pm, with admission beginning at 5pm. Dates and Times subject to change.

No, this is an all-new afterhours event that requires special admission. If you are a Gold or Platinum Passholder, free admission is included. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance of event date.

Yes, If you decide to add Neon Nights to your day admission ticket, you may visit any retail store locations to purchase a ticket and receive a wristband.

• Gold and Platinum Season Passholders receive free admission.
• Silver and Bronze Season Passholders can purchase the event for a discounted price of $15 at one of our gates or retail stores. 
• All Season Passholder MUST obtain a Neon Nights ticket at the Ticket Windows to enter the event. 
• Need to upgrade? Visit our Season Pass window to learn more.

• Tickets may be pre-purchased online prior to the event or purchased   
  upon arrival at one of the Ticket Windows. If you decide to add Neon   
  Nights to your day admission ticket, you may visit any retail store   
  location to purchase a ticket and receive a wristband.  
• If you purchased day admission, you will be allowed to remain in the   
  park but will need to visit any retail store location to obtain your   
  exclusive Neon Nights wristband before the event starts.  

If you are a Season Passholder or if you purchased a day admission ticket plus a Neon Nights event ticket, you will be allowed to remain in the park but will need to visit a retail store location to acquire your exclusive Neon Nights wristband before the event starts.

• For all Season Passholders who already are in the park for the day and have their Neon Nights ticket, please visit any retail store locations to receive your wristband.
• For all Season Passholders attending the Neon Nights event only, please visit the Ticket Windows prior to entry to obtain your ticket. You can enter the park at 5pm and will receive a wristband at the Gate upon entering.

No, free friend tickets and bring-a-friend tickets are only valid for normal park operating hours, not extended hours or special events. An event ticket must be purchased for those who had a free friend ticket or bring-a-friend ticket during normal business hours,

• For Non-Season Passholders who are visiting the park during the day and already have their Neon Nights ticket, please visit any retail store location to receive your wristband.
• For Non-Season Passholders attending the Neon Nights event only, you can enter the park at 5pm and will receive a wristband at the Gate upon entering.

Guests purchasing a Neon Nights Event Only Ticket can enter the park starting at 5pm, giving them two hours to enjoy the full park before Neon Nights begins. 

Yes! If you purchased a Meal Deal on the same day you are attending Neon Nights and did not use it during the day, it remains valid during the event. During Neon Nights, it will only be valid at Kahuna Grill, Pizza Mia, and Kluck's Tin Coop.

Yes, a limited number of cabanas will be available in the Kahuna and Paradise areas on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Neon Nights Themed Cabanas: Kahuna Premier Cabanas & Paradise Grand Cabanas

·         Yes, guests staying for Neon Nights are welcome to stay in their current cabana free of charge.

·         Yes, if there are any Neon Nights themed cabanas available, they can upgrade from their previous cabana for a $50 fee.

·         You can purchase a cabana in-person once Neon Nights begins at a discounted rate. Check cabana rental desks for availability.  

No, guests who received weather comps can only redeem those tickets during regular park hours. 

• There will be announcements made throughout the day, including reminders before park close and actual park close letting guests know that the regular park day is now over and Neon Nights will beginning shortly.
• At park close, non-Neon Nights wrist banded guests will be asked to make their way towards the park exit. If they would like to purchase a ticket to stay, they can add on at one of our ticket booths or retail stores

The safety of our guests and team members is our top priority. If inclement weather causing cancellation, your Neon Nights ticket will be covered under our Rainy Day Guarantee.
